Dust Mask or Respirator?

After years of struggling with el-cheapo dust masks (and a  heavy, bulky respirator) I finally tried these masks with a built-in respirator.  Wow! what a difference.  They are easy to breathe through, light-weight and comfortable on my face, and they don't fog my glasses.  It almost makes sanding fun!  (Note I said almost.)
